Returns are offered for items purchased from www.tavoadventuregear.com, and store locations within 30 days with proof of purchase.
Return Policy Exceptions
After 30 days or without Tavo AG proof of purchase, we review each request on a case-by-case basis. We remain committed to support and always help our customers. So our official policy is that we'll make it right as long as your request is reasonable.
If we accept your return, you can ship it back to us with your original TavoAG proof of purchase for a refund. If there appears to be fraud or abuse of policy, we may choose to decline your return.
We're happy to offer size/color exchanges through www.tavoag.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that charges may apply and that the items must be in new conditions. We've made it easy, if you'd like to swap an item for another size or color, simply contact email@example.com to request the exchange.
Quality & Performance
In the rare case that your gear is incorrect or damaged in transit, or that you experience issues with quality or performance of your gear, will arrange a refund or ship a new package, depending on the client´s request. Due to high demand we might experience warehouse delays and it might take longer than usual for orders to be shipped. We are sorry if you experience delays during these important dates. As soon as your order is shipped you will received and email with the tracking information for your package.
