Fan Case Warranty

WARRANTY TERMS:

All Phone Cases are covered by Fan Case Warranty

The user understands and accepts that the warranty provided by Fan Case is for any manufacturing defect on the case. The warranty is valid for 30 days, beginning on the date of purchase. The warranty is not valid for:

  • Products whose warranty period has ended.
  • Products that are not purchased directly from Tavo Adventure Gear Store or a Tavo Adventure Gear authorized retailer.
  • Products that present unauthorized modifications, repair or alterations.
  • Problems caused by misuse, mishandling, accident, or other abnormal use.
  • Problems caused by exposure and contact to liquids, chemicals or abrasive solutions, such as bleachers, water, sand or any other product.
  • This warranty does not cover cosmetic exterior finish changes, scratched surfaces, broken parts due to misuse, or normal wear and tear caused by customer use.

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear altered on different screens. Computer monitors and phone screens are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Therefore, it is not possible to guarantee that the colors of our products will look exactly the same on all devices, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual product. We do our very best to make sure our photos are as close to the exact product as possible but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact color tone. Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to this issue.

In order to make your warranty effective the product must have a factory defect and must be within the 30-day warranty period. We check the quality of all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what are packing before we send. If, however you have any issues with your purchase, we are happy to review your problem and replace the product for you.
